Polo is a mobile event sharing application for the iOS platform. The Chicago tech startup, Bittersweet, sought Appstronauts to implement a unique design approach to how we capture life's moments. After a user creates an upcoming event they can invite others who all have the ability to chat together, share photos and even participate with location sharing via the maps implementation.
We conceptualized a stickiness factor by creating an Explore section of the app that allows users to find events by popularity and proximity. This empowered users to not only connect with world events, but to receive real time updates from people who are experiencing it together. We handled all consulting, ideation, wireframes, UX design and UI design as well as iOS programming.
